The WHEYLESS PLUS CTR is designed to combine whey separation, curd washing and cooling in a single system during cottage cheese production.
Its continuous and gentle operation helps remove residual lactose, reduce water consumption and ensure progressive, uniform cooling while preserving curd grain integrity and avoiding aggressive agitation.
Manufactured in sanitary stainless steel, it can be integrated into CIP systems and automated to suit the requirements of each production line.
