Cheese pressing

PRENSAMATIC presses have been developed for continuous cheese pressing. The pneumatic cushion system is characterized optimal pressure distribution in all types of moulds without no reference to their shape and size. Due to the adaptively of the cushion uniform pressing curd homogeneity is achieved even if there is a small difference in height. Pressing systems are equipped with automatically loading and unloading systems, trays and tanks to collect whey. They all are adapted for CIP cleaning, including washing conveyor belt and mattress, using a set of strategically located sprinklers to ensure complex cleanliness. All PRENSAMATIC functions are controlled with PLC and touchscreen panel. In addition FIBOSA manufacture single cylinder presses with automatic loading and unloading function for continuous compression of large size moulds. Also there is a wide range of horizontal and vertical for manual loading and unloading for the small and medium production.
